Born from an opportunity to put waste to use, Plastic Light Pendant is partially manufactured from the microplastic overspray collected from our finishing processes. The powder finish gives a durable protective coating to our aluminium luminaire housings. The overspray was previously collected and disposed of but now we are using this waste to create products much higher up the value chain. Together with a PMMA monomer binder and, if desired, granulated acrylic waste, PLP is a decorative addition to the ZTA.50 range.
