Non-accessible content
The content listed below is not fully accessible for the following reasons:

• Incompatibility with accessibility requirements:

• Disproportionate burden:
  For economic and organizational reasons, it is currently not feasible to make older PDF and Office documents fully accessible.

The listed accessibility issues are continuously being addressed and corrected.

Content not covered by the applicable legal provisions:

• The website contains older documents and content that were published before 28 June 2025 and are therefore exempt from the Accessibility Act. No comprehensive updates are currently planned for these materials.
• The website also contains content and documents from third-party providers that were neither developed, financed, nor controlled by us. As such, we cannot guarantee their compliance with accessibility standards, and they are therefore also exempt from the requirements of the Accessibility Act.
